Arora Sweets — Restaurant in Bettiah

I recently visited this sweet shop hoping for a good experience, but was quite disappointed. They charge an unusually high price of ₹450 per kg for chenna sweets, which have an average taste. Comparable shops like Hariom Sweets in Hajarimal sell similar sweets for ₹260 per kg, so the pricing here feels excessive for what you get.

To make matters worse, the behavior of the owner and staff was unprofessional and full of attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially when there are better options nearby in terms of quality, price,...

First and second visit: I am from Varanasi/Banaras, whenever i visit Bettiah at my in-laws house, I visit Arora sweets specially for their snacks items, they serves well and fresh.

Third visit: Visited on 28th Oct, 2023, saw another new branch opened just nearby from my in-laws house, nice interior and hygiene improves, but the taste of dahi Bhalla disappoints us this time, curd is sour and not as before. But still things are good sometimes I know...
