KFC — Restaurant in Bettiah

One of the most empty KFCs I have seen across India! Although that is no reason to shun this. The food is prepared fresh & served piping hot. Quality of service is good, though not exceptional at all times. Being mostly empty, there's no background ambient music and even the air conditioning is turned off for the most part (although they turn it on as soon as you arrive and take your preferred seat).

All in all, kinda surprising to see a KFC in Paschim Champaran but it makes a great weekly ritual...

Good ambient lighting, KFC chickens are tasty as it's prepared by trained chefs. But poor water drinking facilities, no source of cold water out there visible, Air conditioning was shut, guys out there trying to save sauces making customer to ask again and again for sauce although they have to give out as it work as taste enhancers. Over all 3 star. Show even low staff attendance have to wait for quite some time to make order although...

Running a business in a smaller city like Bettiah is a great opportunity, but as one of the leading brands, prioritizing customer support and service is crucial.

Currently, I feel this area needs significant improvement. Quick responses and better communication can enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen your reputation.
