I’ve been visiting this restaurant for a while, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill rapidly in recent months — especially after the change in management. The food quality is degrading day by day, and the overall dining experience has become quite disappointing.

One of the biggest issues is the extremely long waiting time. Whether it's getting your order taken, the food being served, or even the final bill — everything moves at a frustratingly slow pace. On top of that, the serving order is completely messed up. On my last visit, starters were served after the main course, which completely ruined the flow of the meal.

When it comes time to pay, expect another delay of at least 15–20 minutes just to get the bill, and even then, the QR scanner provided doesn't work properly, making digital payments unnecessarily difficult.

Overall, it was a very poor experience, and it’s sad to see a once-decent place go downhill like this. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements — otherwise, I don’t see myself returning...

We recently visited Barbeque Nation and had a mixed experience. The service by Jamunna was excellent – she was courteous, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout. Abhimanyu, who was managing the tandoor section, also did a great job with the non-veg grills. The staff overall was polite and well-mannered, which made the service side of things enjoyable.

On the downside, the vegetarian food was quite disappointing – lacking in taste and variety compared to the non-veg options, which were well-prepared and flavorful. Another major issue was the air conditioning, which was not working properly, making the environment quite stuffy. Also, the manager was not cooperative – even though we were waiting for our table, there was no proper communication or response from the management team, which was quite frustrating.
