The selection of teas was extensive and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the perfect cup of tea. The atmosphere of the shop was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a relaxing ambiance. The tea itself was delicious and expertly brewed, with a range of flavors and blends to choose from. The service was also exceptional Overall, I highly recommend Tea Time for anyone looking for a great cup of tea in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Cold coffee is good, French Fries 🍟 quantity is less compared to CSB + small french fries. Sitting tables are cringyyyyy... ( Height is less) Mostly couples or friend circles or students are visiting, so, cringyyyyy for singles or introverts. 💁🏻🙋🏻🤦🙂 ₹₹₹₹₹ Compared to CSB 🌿 tea post is costly.

Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior at Tea Post bharuch to Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced at your Tea Post bharuch I experienced the shop manager demonstrating rudeness towards customers, including senior citizens. One more thing on multiple other occasions, i been asked to provide exact change or smaller bills due to the shop's lack of available change. This creates an inconvenience for customers and suggests a systemic issue with change management. This conduct is deeply unprofessional and reflects poorly on your establishment. I urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all patrons. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your change management...

The staff, especially the guy who works there in the evening shift, has a few things to learn how to handle the customers. I was a regular at this cafe, dining in at least twice a week. I always wished before going that the guy is not there because he ruins the experience and the atmosphere. Today evening, I was told that I'll have to wait for 10 minutes before I get my order. I waited for 25 minutes and when I asked about it, he told me that it will still take time and you have to wait. The way he rejected my request was rude and outright insulting. I still love tea post but now I'll drive 5 kms extra to dine at...
