Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Bharuch Domino's and ordered their Vaganza pizza, hoping for a delightful experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. The pizza had mushroom toppings that emitted a nauseating and unbearable smell. It was so terrible that it became difficult to breathe in the presence of the pizza itself.
Upon expressing my concern to the staff, I was met with sheer indifference and a lack of empathy. They actually had the audacity to argue that mushrooms are supposed to smell that way. I suggested changing the toppings to salvage the experience, but they outright refused, claiming it was their policy to serve the same pizza that was initially ordered.
Determined not to give up, I insisted on getting a replacement pizza without mushrooms. Despite waiting for an agonizing 25 minutes, I was handed the same pizza with even more mushrooms, exacerbating the repulsive smell.
The staff's attitude remained dismissive and unapologetic throughout the entire ordeal. Their reluctance to address my concerns was baffling and highly unprofessional.
In a desperate attempt to avoid further delays, I agreed to another replacement pizza without mushrooms. Finally, after an additional 45 minutes of waiting, the pizza was ready. However, even though the mushrooms were removed, the other vegetables were carelessly placed, causing the pizza to retain the unpleasant odor.
The entire experience left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have consumed mushroom pizza multiple times before and never encountered such an awful smell. It is evident that this particular pizza was not prepared properly.
I must stress that Domino's customer service was abysmal and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of rectifying the situation, the staff chose to argue and dismiss my genuine concerns.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering the Vaganza pizza from this Domino's outlet. The quality, taste, and most importantly, the service, were all well below par. Read moreDominos is a fraud! First, you order something, and the product doesn’t even arrive. And even if it does, the quality has dropped so much—like the cheese has just disappeared from the pizza! You charge an average of ₹200 for a pizza, at least put ₹30 worth of cheese in it.
And when you request a refund for a missing product, they put the money in their wallet without even informing you that it’s being refunded as wallet points, which can expire anytime. They don’t even provide any written confirmation. Who knows how much money they have swallowed from customers like this?
On top of that, their customer care is useless—they don’t have any real power. To refund ₹170 into their own wallet, they need 7 days under the name of "processing." Is this their way of making fools out of customers?

delivery boy has taken my phone without my permission and provided rating from my phone for this order with full star rating.very bad its horrable i will post on google.i alerady ask him i will infom to dominoz but he didnt woried or not provided any response.its look like worried for me. this is not good. delivery boy wants good rating but its my rights to provide rating i feel like plunder happen with me.
