Very poor Customer management, Waiting management skills are so poor,

If you want to have dinner in restaurant, Firstly, you have to wait outside of restaurants.(10-15 min)

If you got in after few minutes, You will start to wait again untill somone comes to take your order.(Too much annoying)(10 min.)

If your order is taken, You'll start to wait again untill food is prepared and served to you.(15-20 min.)

45 minutes wasted untill food served.

After so much waiting, You are expecting food is going to be too much good. But, for ordinary regular dinner we are waiting like 5 star hotel.
