Olive and brew — Restaurant in Bharuch

I recently visited Olive & Brew in Bharuch, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The ambience is absolutely beautiful — cozy, elegant, and perfect whether you're out with friends or on a date. The food was top-notch, deliciously prepared with attention to detail, and the staff were some of the most courteous and professional people I’ve come across.

I also want to address a recent negative review. I was present during the incident and personally witnessed the situation. One of the owners, who was extremely humble and polite, simply explained a basic policy: that a table for six could not be given to a group of two when there were multiple parties waiting to be seated. It was communicated with utmost respect and fairness. Sadly, instead of understanding the genuine situation, the guest reacted inappropriately and later posted a misleading review.

It’s unfortunate when false accusations are made to tarnish the reputation of hardworking people who are doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend Olive & Brew to anyone looking for great food, a lovely atmosphere, and truly hospitable service. Don’t let one dishonest review sway you — experience it...

Had the worst experience at olive and brew. I went with a friend, and we asked if we could get a table in the other room, since only center table was available. The waiter denied rudely and said "yaha bethna ho to baith jao warna aur table nahi hai", while several table were empty in the next room and other people were dining as well. They'd treat you poorly if you don't go in big groups and prioritize serving families nicely. Good luck to get even a decent table at this place if you're just 2 people. We were told that tables need to be booked in that room, so we asked if we could book on zomato at that moment, and the same waiter said that you can't sit in that room. This isn't the first time, the waiter always shows such behavior to small groups. I can't imagine such biased treatment in my own city, after visiting this restaurant since lockdown. Such kind of condescending behavior is absolutely not acceptable.

Today my husband and I decided to explore Olive & Brew but we are totally disappointed by the treatment of the staff. Since only the center table was available we sat for a few mins & once the sofa was vacant we moved there but the waiter denied rudely and said shifting tables is not allowed, we told him we still haven't given any order for the food but still he said it's policy & reserve for others. So we moved back to the centre table while in a few minutes several tables were empty. After sometime when the family came & they changed their tables they were allowed to change it but we weren't .....WHY ???? Is the policy applicable to only couples ?? And when I asked the same waiter about it he said ma'am you are making issue of small thing ??? Is this the way you treat your customers ?? I can't imagine such a biased treatment in this city.

Would never ever recommend anyone this cafe !
