ZING - Hyatt Place Bharuch — Restaurant in Bharuch

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Zing on October 5th, 2025.

We passed the security check without any issues, and at multiple points throughout the venue, we asked if pets were allowed. We were repeatedly told it was fine to bring them in. I had a small 8 month old kitten in a closed travel carrier, and both the security at the gate and the receptionist assured us that pets were welcome.

But shortly after settling in, my kitten started meowing. Within just 15 minutes, we were abruptly asked to take her outside and leave. To make the situation even more worse, we were told by the security that the car couldn't stay in the parking lot either, and we had to move it out of the premises entirely.

If pets weren’t allowed, we should never have been cleared through security or told it was okay to bring her in. If they were allowed, then why were we suddenly asked to leave? It felt like we were misinformed at every stage, which made the entire experience feel completely unprofessional.

On top of that, the food didn’t live up to expectations either. The kebabs were underwhelming and lacked flavor, though the soup was somewhat decent.

For all these reasons, giving Zing a 1-star rating. A disappointing...

Visited this place for my wife's bday last week with a few frnds. First and foremost wen u go to 5 star hotel chain for dinner you expect a variety of menu both veg and non veg. To start with only one non veg starter tht also toooo bland and only egg curry in main course, no non veg soup. This is highly not expected of Hyatt. Even vegetarian options are very limited to just 2 starters and 5 main course including International dishes and for the given price tag of 1000 plus taxes it does not meet the requirement. Startes kept in buffet are cold and bland. Taste wise the dishes r average nothing extrordinary. And what on earth is Mirchi Halwa, how can it be a dessert. Please delete this item for ever. Service is also very slow to react to refill the buffet and also to serve the tables when required. All in all not at all a good payback for your money. Only fancy interior does not make a restaurant great. Please check the menu and quality and service to make it a better...

The Hyatt hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel's contemporary design and elegant decor made for a luxurious stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit.
