I visited Udupi Restaurant, Bhopal, and honestly, the experience was far from satisfactory.

🕒 Slow & Unprofessional Service: The staff took a long time just to bring water and the menu. This was very unprofessional, especially since the restaurant was almost empty when I went.

🧑‍🍳 Staff Behavior: Their nature was polite, but the working speed was extremely slow.

🧹 Unhygienic Tables: The table was dirty with food stains from earlier customers. It gave a very unhygienic and careless impression.

📖 Dirty Menu Cards: The menu cards were in terrible condition – greasy, stained, and looked like fungus was forming. This is a ⚠️ serious health risk because so many people touch it with dirty hands.

🍴 Food Quality & Quantity:

✅ Quantity and pricing were reasonable, so students and single professionals may find it pocket-friendly.

😐 Taste was average. The paneer dish I ordered didn’t taste fresh, though this could be a personal opinion.

❌ Quality was not up to the mark, especially considering hygiene.

🚻 Other Observations:

🧼 Hand wash area was just okay, nothing special.

🚫 Interiors were very poorly maintained – exposed wires ⚡, dirty and slow fans 🪭, and no proper ambiance. This makes it look very unprofessional and unsafe.

💡 Final Verdict: ✔️ If you are a student or single working professional, you might go here for cheap and filling food. ❌ But for families or couples, this is absolutely not recommended. Very worst experience I've ever had!! I ordered my food In train at SHRN, they didn't bring there, I called them several times they didn't even answering my calls.... At Bhopal Station my Order Arrived! The Delivery man is just behaving worst!! Misbehaving.. I was not able to understand what he's saying because I'm from Chattisgarh and I was little bit unable to understand because of his accent maybe.... That doesn't matter he was shouting "areyyyy madam🤬" type 🙂the whole passengers were looking at me! Honestly very very very!! Worst Experience a person could ever had!! If you guys can't behave properly than close your so called restaurants and fire these type of delivery partners!! The way he's talking to me is very worst!!! I can slap but didn't!!! Who gave him permission to talk like this? Are we taking food for free?? Man!! We're paying for that!!!! I'm just saying that your service and specially delivery mans are Evils!!! So firstly improve this and then take orders cause we're not Servants of you! We're paying for meals! So for god sake! Improve cause I don't wanna someone to experience...

I had ordered food from this restaurant for my journey on 10th Nov from rani kamplapati railway station at around 10.30 pm. The food wasn't delivered. Upon calling the given contact number the call went waiting. I didn't receive a call back that night. The next day this guy who alleges his name to be Saurabh calls me back only to apologise bluntly, blaming the third party vendor and promising a refund. He even asked for my QR code and said he'd connect me to his superiors. It has been 5 days and I haven't received any refund or follow up call from him or his superiors. Such a nasty behaviour and fraudulent service. Highly disappointed. Not recommended for train journeys at least. Shameless is the word that fits these guys...
