i ordered aloo paratha today itself as i was running late and had no option to go elsewhere the chef was polite but i found an insect in the raita which came along with the curd . so i did complained to the chef and he changed the plate and apologised. but when i went for the payment and informed the manager sitting on account about the incident , instead of apologising he was rude towards us and ignored my complaint and even charged me extra for the dahi which was offered in place of contaminated raita . it would have been better if i would have complained to food or consumer court . what was the point of being nice if the owner don't care for inconvenience of...

Visited this place during Bhopal and Ratlam trip. Sitting arrangement is okay. Food not up to the mark. Specially the snacks are heated and not fresh. Service is fast for obvious reason of flown customers. Apart from fast food, u may choose veg thali or South Indian dishes. Okay place to spend little time before your journey starts.
