Food and atmosphere was good but I am giving only one star for service because of the following reasons.
1.) I booked one table for decoration one day before my visit but they gave me some other table whose location was not as good as other one 2.) In their menu, they have some sizzlers. For one of the non-veg sizzlers, they mentioned "you can take any 3 items". I ordered one non-veg sizzler with 3 items as tandoori chicken, chicken seekh kabab and chicken tikka. After few minutes, waiter came and said 'chicken tikka is not available, take something else'. I said ok, give me shami kabab. Again waiter came and said, we can't give more than one chicken dish in sizzler, you can take either tandoori chicken or chicken seekh kabab. I asked him if you can't give sizzler items then why have you mentioned it in your menu. He didn't have any answer. I didn't want to spoil my mood so I didn't argue much with them and took...
Read more"I recently visited this cafe and my experience was extremely disappointing. The cafe had a dirty atmosphere, which immediately set the tone for a bad visit.
We ordered a pizza for ₹200, but it was shockingly small—barely a four-piece pizza. It looked like they used a pre-made base from the market, added some pizza sauce, and served it as if it were freshly made. To make it worse, they didn’t even have basic seasonings like oregano to enhance the flavor.
We also ordered crispy noodles, which turned out to be regular noodles topped with a bit of crispy garnish—not what we expected at all. The taste was below average, and the portion sizes didn’t justify the high prices.
The overall service was terrible, and the food quality didn’t meet even basic standards. For the amount they’re charging, this place is not worth visiting. I strongly recommend avoiding this cafe—it was one of the worst dining...

I recently visited The Roof Tree Cafe at MP Nagar Zone 2 and had a very disappointing experience. The infrastructure is outdated and poorly maintained, with visible signs of damage. The ambiance lacks charm, and the place doesn’t feel clean or welcoming.
The staff seemed immature and highly unprofessional. The service was painfully slow—I had to wait over 40 minutes just for a basic order of roti and chicken Kolhapuri. When the food finally arrived, the rice quality was substandard, which only added to the frustration.
The hygiene standards are shockingly low. The washroom and handwash area were extremely dirty, and even the staff at the payment counter appeared disinterested and careless.
Overall, The Roof Tree Cafe failed to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, clean surroundings, or...
