Bake n shake — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Yesterday I went to "Bake n Shake"(MP Nagar).... The (so called) trusted bakery of Bhopal... (but not anymore)... I ordered choco lava cake.. when I began to eat it i find out there's no chocolate cream (which is called lava that's why it is named as choco LAVA cake).... I told them that this is not choco lava cake as there's no chocolate cream inside it,, It is a simple dry chocolate cake.. they said "no, it is choco lava cake and hum aise he bnate h"... I said search the recipe on Google or ask any baker/chef, choco lava cake mai andar chocolate cream hoti h, esliye jab usko heat krte h toh chocolate melt hoti h which is called lava... They again said that "humare yaha choco lava cake aise he bnta h"... maine kaha mai aapke new market & 10 No. wale bake & shake k outlet pe bhi khaya h pr vaha aisa nhi bnta, ye choco lava cake h he nhi, ye ek simple chocolate dry cake h aur aap logo ko bevkoof bna rhe ho.. they kept saying that this is how they make choco lava cake.. they even took my phone number, maine kaha phone number lene se kya hoga.. unhone kaha k hum check krenge k aapne 10 Number aur New Market se choco lava cake khaya ya nhi... I mean how foolish of them.. All I want to say is... Worst service, they don't listen to customers, Prime example of "oochi dukan phike pakwaan", never ever going to visit Bake n Shake even I tell my friends and families not to visit Bake n Shake and boycott this stupid Bakery..

Suggestion- They should change their chefs/bakers.... Bcz they don't even know how to make...

The food and pre-made cakes on their shelves are good. But never order a customized cake from Bake n shake... They would just ruin your plan. I ordered a special cake, had a discussion directly with the Manager at Bake n Shake, Jyoti Cineplex. First they over charged me greatly by saying that they cant deliver what I need at the decided price at the very last minute and so I had to pay extra. I agreed to pay 400/- more since I had no other option. But that wasn't enough they made the cake all wrong. I had the entire discussion with the Manager on Whatsapp and so everything was fortunately written. I showed him our entire chat to prove that I already specifically mentioned what I need and then he gave the cake late by one hour after he made the changes in the cake. They party got delayed, all our plans were gone but the taste was good. At least the cake and the cream was fresh. Please dont take orders that you cant fulfil.You are spoiling people's...
