Unprofessional and unaccountable, they don’t care about meeting commitments. I had ordered a cake for my niece’s birthday on the condition that they will be have it ready by not later than 7PM. They said they can have it ready between 6 to 6-30 PM. I have guests arriving at 7 and then I call them up, they say it is ready for pick up. Great! However, just as I was to drive to pick up the cake I get a call from them saying that it was a mistake, the cake is not ready yet, and the worst part of it is that they don’t even know when it will be ready. They want me to wait for their call.

I call back after 15 minutes and still they can’t tell me a time. How can you run a cake business like this ? I am told I will be given a call soon, which never happens; my subsequent calls are not picked/ cut after picking up.

Finally someone picked up and they say that my cake wont be ready, but they have something in similar size (not same flavor or design) can be ready in 15 minutes. At this point of time I was frustrated and just wanted something for my guests.

My cousins went to pick it up, turns out its a very average substandard cake, no where close to what I ordered. Never ever ordering from this place again and I am actively going to stop people from...

The pastries here are really great. After having them I have stopped eating pastries at any other places cause Go-Cool did set the bar too high. The texture of the sponge and the sweetness are on point and every pastry's taste is distinguishable. The ice creams here are average. The wide variety and the looks are very attractive but the taste is not that good. The flavours are way too overwhelming and they could've been creamier. Very good cake shop with an excellent selection of cakes. The pineapple flavor topped with pineapple slices is one of their best cakes. Passion fruit, blueberry, kiwi, and strawberry flavors are also good. Oh, what a variety of cakes! They're also delivering home delivery. Besides the cake, the shop has a variety of hand-made cookies, chocolate, and the daily bread of different shapes and sizes. Scoop Ice Cream must try it. They've got sandwiches too, veg only. Ample space for car and bike parking....
