I recently had the pleasure of staying and dining at Hotel Priya, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that left a lasting impression on me. This establishment offers both lodging and food services, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with what they had to offer.
Let's start with the food – oh, the food! Hotel Priya boasts an impressive array of culinary delights. From the moment I walked into their restaurant, the aroma of freshly prepared dishes greeted me warmly. The menu had a wide variety of options, and it was clear that they take pride in delivering high-quality food.
I had the opportunity to sample a few of their dishes, and each one was a testament to their commitment to excellence. The flavors were exquisite, and it was evident that the ingredients used were of top-notch quality. Whether it was the aromatic biryanis, the savory curries, or the delectable sweets, every bite was a treat for my taste buds. It's not often that you find a place where both the savory and sweet dishes are equally impressive, but Hotel Priya managed to do just that.
Speaking of sweets, their selection of desserts was a true highlight. The sweets were not only visually appealing but also incredibly flavorful. The perfect balance of sweetness and authentic ingredients made each dessert a memorable experience. It felt like a journey through traditional flavors that left me craving more.
Moving on to the lodging aspect, my stay at Hotel Priya was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The combination of good food and comfortable lodging truly made it a home away from home.
One thing that stood out during my visit was the attention to detail. It was evident that the team at Hotel Priya values their customers' satisfaction and takes the time to provide a holistic experience. The ambiance of the restaurant and the rooms was inviting, and it created a welcoming environment that made me feel at ease.
The commitment to hygiene and cleanliness was also noticeable. In the current times, this aspect is of utmost importance, and I was pleased to see that Hotel Priya took this seriously. It added to my sense of comfort and safety during my stay.
In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Priya was exceptional. The combination of scrumptious food, delightful sweets, cozy lodging, and attentive staff made it a standout establishment. Read moreIt's an institution of sorts having been around before I was born, was the hallmark for southern cuisine, but over the years the quality of the food and the service has gone down, well the service was down from the start so to speak, so no surprises there.
I was there a couple of days ago for lunch and had a thali that was tasteless, when I went to pay my bill, I was told that they were collecting cash only since their digital payments were down since the day before, here's the kicker: They didn't even bother to mention anywhere in the restaurant or even through their servers that they were accepting cash only, even a mention on the white board next to the hand wash would have been good enough, but no, no communication until I went there to pay the bill.... And the genius me had no cash on me, when I told them why weren't the patrons warned before, the cashier gave me a shrug and a scoff. I had to run 4 blocks to get the cash. Do I get even a sorry for the hassle? Neigh! Was suggested to pound sand...
Now I should have carried cash on me, yes, but at this day and age, where even a 'paan dukan' takes digital payments, through multiple sources mind you, this is unacceptable.
Now the quality of the food has gone south, the service is already down south, why the heck would you want your time, money, energy invested in such a place?
It's prime days are long gone, it's cashing in on its hay days.... You all are better off going to a different restaurant to cater to your South Indian...
