The most pathetic and absolutely disgustful experience with KFC i have ever had! Jave personally been to many regional & International KFC Joints, be it in Delhi, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, or as amatter of fact- KFC, Leicester. In Odisha itself, have been a frequent customer at KFC, Jaydev Vihar Joint, but this day, my lords! What an experience! No ventilation, No AC, and us sweating like pigs. For real! And above all, the Cashier-Receptionist lady having some sort of shitty attitude or something for no reason. KFC, KIIT ROAD- PATIA needs to learn. Like learn learn...coz the market standards pertaining to Service Delivery & Customer Experience are pretty damn high. My recent visit to a KFC (KIIT Square) outlet was nothing short of a nightmare. I was served a stale, rubber-like Tandoori Roll and basi Chicken Popcorn—an absolute disgrace for a brand that prides itself on quality.

When I complained about the roll, they replaced it, only to hand me another rubbery, inedible roll. Upon asking for a second replacement, I was rudely told, "You’ve already taken a bite." How else is someone supposed to figure out the texture or quality of the food without tasting it? The lack of logic and basic customer service is astounding.

This experience makes me question KFC's commitment to food quality and customer satisfaction. Not only was the food utterly disappointing, but the staff's attitude was dismissive and downright insulting. If this is the standard KFC is offering, it’s clear the brand doesn’t care about its loyal customers anymore.
