Laughing Buddha Homestay — Hotel in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

Worst experience. No proper communication between owner and care-taker. First, they asked for Rs1000 for not informing their owner about us vacating the room.We though had clearly informed the care-taker at the reception area a night before vacating the room and kept our luggage at the reception area the following morning.When we came back to pick our luggage in the evening, after lots of debate (including their refusal to accept that we had even informed them)they demanded Rs 200 extra for keeping luggage at reception area ( a common hall i.e.) and said this is not public property and we eventually had to give them Rs 200 extra for their fault.No amenities were given and the room was not even cleaned once in 3 days.Road (as shown in one of the pics) is not even there.Don't be fooled by the pics, those things...

Stayed there for 2 nights & 3 days with 2 other friends in the AC deluxe room and the service & facilities available really surprised me for the affordable price we had paid.

The room while small had all the necessities, wifi had great speed & the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was kept very clean & tidy but the water pressure wasn't good & neither did the geyser heat up the water. But thankfully the hot weather covered up the geyeser's failure.

The staff was really helpful, amiable & available at all times.

Just one issue I had was that there was no daily room cleaning/sweeping done so it became our complete responsibility to keep the floor clean the whole stay which is...

A descent place for lodging in low budget hotels...near KIIT Square, one of the developed places of the city of Bhubaneswar. Stayed there for two days. Booked a double bed non-ac room with attached bath. It was a secure, clean and spacious room. The washroom was descent too. The room provided was the only room in the ground floor, therefore peaceful and a bit isolated (which was preferable for me). Free wifi available. If you're looking for a budget staying, it'll be a good choise. It seemed they don't provide fooding, nor did they claimed so. However for food, hotels-restaurants were just 2-3 minutes away. ATMs, cybers and all other provisions were available too at...
