I was the regular customer of this restaurant from the beginning of it, because of its quality and service but this DIWALI 2019 the Balaji sweets disappointed me. The bhujia, sweets and Gulab jamun are only eye catching and attractive but the quality and the taste was worst as compare before and the regular days. Also the seu bhujia was not good which was suggested by their employee. I did complain the next day about the same also returned the left stuffs without any refund but their team argued with me and didn't entertain my issue. You can find a wide variety of sweets and snack items here. My mom bought Kaju Katli and I had dosa during the evenings.

The place is usually busy because of a wide number of customers they have during these hours. The Masala Dosa was okay and value for money.

One thing which I didn’t like about the place was the sanitation, the waiter didn’t clean the table properly once the customers had eaten and was ready for the others which turns out to be a huge disappointment.

So, people going there for dining in, please take a note, you can always takeaway/get it delivered.
