My experience at Radium Cafe Pahal was a nightmare. I went there for dinner with five friends, and we ordered lemonades, two bowls of noodles, and two plates of chili chicken. We were told each plate would have 10 pieces of chicken, but we received only 14 pieces in total. When we complained, the waiter argued and blamed us for eating the missing pieces.

We then called the actual server who admitted there were fewer pieces than promised. Instead of apologizing, they offered us an additional half plate, which we didn't want. As we were leaving, extremely dissatisfied, the bouncer and some thugs assaulted my friends without provocation. It was nearly an attempt at murder, and we barely escaped.

This place is dangerous and dishonest. I urge everyone to stay away. This level of violence and deceit is unacceptable. If this had happened abroad, the owner would have apologized, but here, they attack their customers. Radium Cafe Pahal should be shut down for the safety of the public.

So basically they have completely messed up with there food and services recently. We have been there before and it used to serve us quickly and had decent taste in food. But this time we went, we ordered Hakka Noodles and Lemon Chicken.

The Hakka Noodles is like the road side Chow Mein stalls, with no taste at all, and it was like they had made the Chow Mein without any oil. And after we said that it was not Hakka Noodles, it doesn't have the slight crispy component that Hakka Noodles usually have, the Man who claimed to be chef said "Sir, Hakka Noodles is written in the menu, but we don't serve that, we serve Veg Noodles only". We said "it doesn't even taste like Restaurant noodles, it's like road side stalls and doesn't even taste good". Then the Man replied "Sir, I joined Raadium in these 10 days, so I don't know how to make noodles". I mean, seriously dude?

Then to the Lemon Chicken, the taste was Okayish, but the quantity was heavily disappointing. I mean they charge literally ₹350 or ₹400 for that and you can't even give a decent quantity.

Coming to the service, we waited for an hour. That's the worst part, that we have to wait for an hour to enjoy(not really) such horrible food. And the total bill for Hakka Noodles and Lemon Chicken was ₹701.

Then again at the end, one lady staff asked us whether we liked it or not, literally to hear it live from us, after complaining before a lot of times. We gave our review as sweetly as we could. And the lady said, "Sir, it has been like this for past 20 days, and you are not the only one who faced this, many other customers felt the same and scolded us".

I mean literally? She confessed what she shouldn't have. 😭 So this was our last time at Raadium. Had good memories with Raadium before, to get crushed by this experience...
