Visited this place after learning about it. They are just 1 year old restaurant. It's located on the new road from jagamara to Unit-8 via the aircraft view point. If someone coming from Unit-8 side,continue till you see jagamara food court on your right hand side,then take a U turn come back,cross the food court and this place will be on your left,some 10 meters from the food court. If coming from ITER or jagamara side,take the new road towards Unit-8 and continue till you cross the food court on your left and this place is on your left,some 10 meters from the food court. The landmark is SS MART which is on ground and 1st floor. This place is on 2nd floor and they have rooftop too. They do have lift facility but that goes up to tge 2nd floor i.e the restaurant. For rooftop, one has to take the stairs from there. Small lift can accommodate only 2 persons of normal health and 2 small child may be.Taking about the interior,well lit and vibrant green colors everywhere. Artificial plants are there to give a natural environment and artificial grass on walls etc gives a good vibe. Taking about food,the first order soup came a little late like 20 minutes or so. After that food. We ordered porccini mushrooms soup,veg kolhapuri,mushrooms with green onions,tandoori roti,dal tadka and murgh charminar. The soup had butter so less mushroom taste with some black pepper but good taste. I like the mushroom green onions which was very nice, recommended.Veg kolhapuri as usual spicy. Can't say about non-veg as I am a vegetarian but my brother said good taste. Quality wise good,taste wise good too. But as usual price wise on the higher side but not that much considering dining in a good AC restaurant. Open space for sitting,can accommodate around 50 people or may be more.    Read moreI have been to sabooz before, and that was my first time. It was during the afternoon and the place was not that crowded. It was a good experience. But, we tried this place again last night to have dinner. That was one of the worst mistakes we did in terms of restaurant choice. The restaurant had a rush hour with many people coming in but that was no excuse for the poor service we were given.
It took them 15 minutes or more to even provide us with the menu after being asked. It took over 40 minutes just to get the food on our plates. They even forgot to add dessert and printed the bill.
I asked for the menu after having the starters to consider ordering something but was literally ignored. The waiters were coming and serving the very next table next to us but we were being ignored. It was ridiculous. I had to ask twice to two different waiters for the menu, each time with them agreeing and forgetting about it the next second. I think the same thing happened to another family seated in the center of the restaurant and as a result one of them called the waiter and scolded them. They felt humiliated enough to even consider just getting up and leaving.
The food selection was good however and that was the only thing that made me give 2 stars at least. If not, I'd have given it a complete negative review. If you cannot handle so many people at once, please don't allow them to be seated. There's a way to behave with your customers and the way we had to endure such humiliation through ignorance of waiters is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
