The worst service ever experienced. I think the owner should look into it. The employees think of themselves as billionaires running a business. Some employees are very nice. But the person who needs a mention for his rude behaviour is "Aravinda". Issue :- I have paid an advance and selected the design a week ago and aravinda said " Sure sir we will do it". On the day of delivery the cake was not ready. The design I said was not made. The delay in preparation was highly irritating. Lastly they used papers for packing a 4000 rs cake.( I have attached the video and photos to this post). If the owner of this place looks into it, please take it seriously and take necessary action.

Go Cool Cake Shop in Jagamara, Bhubaneswar has become my go-to for cakes! I recently purchased a cake from them, and I was absolutely delighted with the authentic taste. It's clear they prioritize quality ingredients because the flavor was rich and genuine, unlike the overly sweet, artificial taste you find in many other bakeries. I also really appreciate that they don't use artificial colors. It's refreshing to find a place that focuses on natural flavors and avoids unnecessary additives. If you're looking for a delicious, high-quality cake in Bhubaneswar, I highly recommend checking out Go Cool Cake Shop!

(edit) 4 stars -> 1 star 🤮 Flies on cakes kept in open. Noticed them before they are loaded into refrigerator. There's one (fly) captured in pictures, and I assure you it wasn't the only one! Spotted many sitting on newly arrived cakes! This is highly appalling. At least cover them, after they freshly arrive. If you want to witness the same itself, discover them yourself at around 2-3 pm. Have visited here for multiple times, but was shocked to see the deteriorating hygiene. Eat at your own health (insurance) risk. Good luck to people who order here!
