Tilotama — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

I read all the reviews posted till date, most of them like the food here. But I have a different view with my experience here. This is almost a year old restaurant. I don't know about nonveg. as I went only for veg. I ordered veg thali that cost me Rs. 60. It included rice which was not properly boiled, dal -so so, Besan-alu curry(no vegitable!) , Matharanga saga(cheap one), little bit of cucumber slices, alu bharta, and a fry of alu-jhudanga(deep fried). I never understood why do most odia hotels deep fry vegetables. This tastes awful. I think 60 rupees is too much for this kind of substandard food.
