Read moreI am re-editing my post because the services and food quality has deteriorated a lot compared to our earlier experiences. They have blocked their main restaurant for some reason. The side restaurant was very very hot as the Central AC was deliberately kept on high to save money. Ladies Staffs were requested to lower the AC bit they didn't listen even after requesting 3-4 times and kept on saying that it was on lowest possible settings. My final bad experience was that we ordered Cheeze Balls for Children and They served some odd potato, corn stuffed balls. When we cracked open the ball there was zero cheese in it. They tried to persuade us that there cheese in it but when all kids left the dish on their plate and the manager tries to convince me that the chef is saying it has cheese, I was really disappointed. Eventually they were kind enough to replace the dish with Paneer Tikka which also didn't taste as great I was expecting. Good Points: Not everything was bad either. The Pizza was good and the Pizza Bread was really fresh Stuffed Mushrooms, Paneer 65 were quite good. The best dish for which Verenya's is famous for the coconut pudding which eventually turned out not so great experience into some good memories. So over all it was good and I hope they take this feedback positively and improve...
Read moreWe went to Varenya's as it was highly recommended by a friend. The timing shown in Google is for their cafe- Daffodils, which is open throughout the day. Four petals, which is their multi-cuisine restaurant opens for dinner at 7pm. Thankfully, we were the 1st ones there and we ordered soup and appetizers, which they agreed to hold for a while as one of our friends hadn't reached. After almost 1 hour of ordering, they inform us of a slight issue with the pipeline in the kitchen, due to which there would be a delay in serving us. When we decided to leave the restaurant to go somewhere else, they hurriedly served us. The rest of the service went smooth. At the end, when we filled out the feedback form, the manager literally demanded we give explanation for each thing that we didn't like. It wasn't professional. Coming to the food... Chicken lat Mai Kai and chilly pan fried fish were spicy and very good. Lemon coriander soup was above average. Chicken lababdar for main course was great, while prawn Malai curry was average. Dal fry was homely and comforting. Coconut delight was a delight, as always. We rated the food as good, as it was. There was nothing unique or photogenic about the presentation of the dish (which is fine), so rated it as fair (for which we were asked to explain...
