However, the pricing is slightly on the higher side. While the quatity and portion size on the plate are reasonable. For regular casual meals, it might feel a bit expensive, but for occasional outings, you can give a try. I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience at Zaika Palace Restaurant! The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff's behavior was truly commendable. The boys who served us, particularly Rakesh Parida and Sukumar Pattanayak, were attentive, courteous, and ensured our guests felt valued. They efficiently managed the service, refilling drinks and clearing plates with ease. The food was phenomenal! Every dish was flavorful, aromatic, and presented beautifully. From appetizers to desserts, each course was a delight. The variety of options catered to everyone's tastes, and the quality was consistently high. Rakesh Parida and Sukumar Pattanayak stood out for their exceptional service. They were diligent, friendly, and anticipatory, making sure our needs were met before we even asked. Went over this place last weekend during evening hours.Ambience is nice and location is communicable.

Had ordered below items and taste was fine for Beg items but Non Veg items (specifically chicken) were not fresh and seemed to be frozen. It was hard for elderly person to consume it so reduced a ⭐️ for it. Another reduction was due the waiter/staff were cordial but they pushed the Guest to occupy a seat near the Washroom. Upon requesting, was changed to a better seating location.

Note - Parking is a nightmare , as there’s no dedicated space & need to park beside road and other Guests coming after may block your vehicles path while exiting. So be careful of this fact🚘
