Quality of the food is below average. They restaurants in the range (200- 600) serve much better food then them. We reached at 6.25. There was no sign board of "closed". Suddenly a man comes in and asks "do u have booking". When we said no... he says " please stay outside we are not yet ready". Then he started arguing over how they open at 6.30 not 6. The man is absolutely unprofessional. Suddenly I got the feeling of the tiny restaurants are much better than this. When I asked if in main course there is Mutton or not... as we would avoid chicken. Then again he started arguing " we use frozen chicken... its your decision to eat or not. Then my frnd says.. its already 6.30. Now you should let us in.

Then they started serving starter. The guy (i guess his name was sanket) was very polite and his service was very good. He was trying his best. But honestly apart from pineapple nothing was good. Prawn was just ok. Fish was like below average. But still I appreciate the guy. He tried his best. So when he asked for feedback, we were like.. ok. The food is ok.

Then in main course ... mutton was just 80% bones. Now, we were almost done. When the chef asked us for feedback, I had to be honest to them. Then they all were in panic mode. They offered us mutton again. But by that time. We were almost done. I appreciate that too.

In desert "kulfi" was good. And there were tiny white sweet , that was also good. Rest everything was average/below average.

Then one by one they came to us, to explain how we would get a phone call and on the basis of our feedback their incentive may stop.

Overall I would give service of the guy who was serving us - 5/5 stars. But in rating i have to make it 1, because of the guy who asked us to wait outside. He could have simply asked us to sit inside and to wait for 5 mins. Noone was cleaning or doing anything for what he asked us to wait outside.

It's a good place to go and enjoy with your friends and family. Staff behaviour is very good, they are well trained and very polite. The ambience is very attracting and presentation is also very good. On weekdays the price is lower than the weekends and dinner price is higher than lunch price. They have several time slots, to avail a seat you have to book your seat online or by a call. We have availed a corporate discount, do ask for it if you are going in a bulk (More than or equals to 10 members). Now coming to the food part. Barbeque Nation is known for its starters and desserts mainly. In starters, they will provide you different kebabs (Mushroom kebab, Crispy Corn, Churrasco Pineapple) along with a complimentary drink (One drink is free, If you want more you have to pay for it extra). There will be different sauces which you can try. Next is the main course, The main course is different for different days. There will be many dishes (Dum Biriyani, Chicken Chaap, Mutton Adraki Gosht, Appollo Fish, Chicken Manchurian, Mixed Fried Rice) you would love and there is also a Pasta and Golgappe counter for the Golgappe and pasta lovers. After the main course, you will experience a great variety in the dessert section. There are Chocolate Brownie, Pastry, Orange Souffle, Kesari Phirnee, Mango Cheesecake, Fresh Fruits, Kulfi and Ice Cream, Gulab Jamun, Custard etc. So overall the experience was quite good and you can enjoy your time there.

Now some tips so you can eat more and utilize your money. If you go for kababs and desserts only you can utilize your money. Don't drink too many soft drinks, just take them in a sip when you want to neutralize the spices. Try to consume fish and mutton kababs rather than other items. Take small breaks between your consuming. You will get enough time to make it. And if you are a moderate eater then also there's no issue, Just taste all those items available and you will be happy that you have tasted that much variety.
