The service is extremely extremely slow. The place is decent and ambience is good. The food is sometimes good and sometimes not good.

The first day we ordered momos, we loved it but the next day, the momos weren’t same. Didn’t taste as good as day 1. The soup on day 1 was really really good, thick and tasty. On the next day, the soup was totally unsatisfactory.

The chicken salt n pepper was also good but quantity was less. We tried Chicken Tikka wrap as well. The wrap was really bad. The bread of wrap seemed stale and it was fried too. Today, I visited this cafe with my husband and father. All of us had such a wonderful time. First of all, I was mesmerised with the artworks of the cafe. Such beautiful artworks! We ordered chai and french fries. They customize the order according to requirements. The tea and french fries were very good. We loved it. The music was also amazing. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and I plan to be quite a regular customer at Calcutta 2 Kolkata. Will definitely try their momos and sandwich next time. Great...

I had a terrible experience at this café. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and informal, behaving more like a group of kids hanging out than employees serving customers. They were completely distracted, barely paying attention to customers, and seemed to be focused on everything else except providing good service.
