I had a pretty bad experience this summer . We had ordered cold coffee and it tasted so bad. There was this terrible smell as it they had put expired milk into it . Now coming to the ambience , honestly this place used to be my favourite hangout place back in 2020 but after so many years, it has all changed now . They didn't let us go upstairs .
