BIHARI BY NATURE — Restaurant in Bihar

Update :

I have raised the rating from 2 Stars to 3 just for the acceptence and courtesy from the team of 'Bihari By Nature' and hope that they will definitely work to improve the taste of food in their restaurant.

I would also like to suggest them to visit 'Muskaaan Fun & Food' in Sarai, Vaishali to check on the food and compare it with the food served in their own restaurant. It will help them understand where they are lacking.

Two stars for the Interior and ambiance, other than that the food served was really below average.

Super dry chicken tikka and Chicken Chilly which genuinely needed Coke to get swallowed.

Bhuna mutton was just boiled mutton stir fried in Garlic, onion and tomato.

Naan was so chewy that we had to leave it in the plate.

The only savior was the Egg Noodles which was above average.

The chilly vineger served to us was already ised by some other diners as the viger had rice in it and there were couple of insects as well, you can refer the pics uploaded for details.

And this is not the issue with just Bihari By Nature, all other restaurants in Muzaffarpur are same, they mostly invest in look and feel of the restaurant and leave aside the taste of food part.

Over all the restaurant food does not go along with its name...

It's a bit expensive but it's not my concern. The way they cook food and use raw material is disappointing 😕. On my recent visit - I ordered Tandoori chicken and chicken tikka butter masala. For Tandoori chicken I already requested to take time and cook properly and even after that It was uncooked from inside. For chicken tikka butter masala - they used sugar to create sweetness Lol. Let's come to butter naan- Initially it wasn't properly cooked, after complaining, they changed and it was good. But again in the second round the issue was the same. Anyone from Bihari by nature reading this post - please work on your chef if you want to maintain decent quality on food. FYI - I was the regular visitor...

It is very important for a restaurant to maintain the quality of their food and most importantly the services offered. Recently I visited the restaurant with my family for my birthday. The food served had no taste, delayed service and a lot of attitude is what we received from the Manager. Usually when we go to a good restaurant and we don't like a dish prepared by them, they make sure to replace it with the modifications but I guess that's something that was not taught to the Manager at Bihari by Nature. They not only spoiled our mood, our evening but were also not even bothered about the feedback we shared with them. To all those who want to have a great time in Muzaffarpur, please do not visit...
