Domino's Pizza | Khagual Anisabad Rd, Patna — Restaurant in Bihar

I didnt have a good experience at this joint of dominos. I went there expecting it to be similar to any other joint of dominos, but I was wrong.

Not trained staff. Polite but much below Domino's standards, very casual approach. The guys and girls on the counter was like general pizza seller, they did'nt seemed to be interested in telling about offers or any other information at all. We expect the dominos to behave in professional way.. the way it serves in other locations, like delhi and bombay. We know its bihar, but still the standards should be international, we cant compromise with that front, as we are already paying the higher prices.

Tables and furniture is not well maintained/cleaned. Vey bad ambience. Not recommended for parties or functions. Light was dim and looked like a bar, unfortunately, this might be due to my evening visit, Yet it was a bit dark and bad.

Location is nice but the ambience switches a person mood off. The parking space is terrible here. Full of dust.

I found thet very lenient to none COVID protocol being followed here, I wont wonder if the cook was touching cooked food with hands. Pizza is not similar to any other Domino's store. Crust was very bad, and dominos is known by its tasty crust. and topping was also not very tasty. It tasted like a common road-side pizza, nothing special at all.

This Domino's shop is very useless. There is no enough chairs to sit and table is also Dirty. When I go to this shop with my friends for lunch but when I go to counter there was two person for take Oder from customers. When I asked the person for some pizza detail( In their shop the menus on the screen there is an pizza name called peppy paneer pizza. On the screen there is no information about this pizza so I asked the person on the counter) She give me no response 😑 literally I standing there for 5 minute and asking for some pizza details and online payment details but there is no response. And when I entered in the shop there was an empty table to sit but but there was an eaten pizza on table and no one cleaning it me and my 4 friend standing from 10 minutes and waiting for person to cleaning it but no one came to clean the table 🙂 so I finally decided to leave the shop without ordering pizza . The is good only in looks but...
