Domino's Pizza | Kurji, Patna — Restaurant in Bihar

Hi all, I have ordered pizza several times from Domino's app and Zomato. Don't know why it always & automatically gets me to this Kurji store where employees are so unprofessional who either are not trained well or take customer experience for granted. Today I had the most pathetic experience out of all times where we barely received delivery on time anyday, inspite of their claim of this so called 30 Minutes Guaranteed Delivered. My food was handed over to the delivery boy himself after 30 min for which he can't be blamed for any service issue. I spoke to the sales lady there & asked her to let me talk to the store manager where a stupid excuse was made telling me manager was out of store!!! I informed them that i want to claim my "guaranteed service " or else can cancel the order. However the manager didn't find it necessary to talk to me and asked the delivery boy to Cancel order❌ after he reached my doorstep. This was my last order...

Domino's Pizza , the name itself is sufficient to define the quality of pizza they produce. And as others outlet this outlet also provides good quality Pizza. This is a cloud restaurant i.e. you cannot dine in but facilities are only available for take out. The staffs over there are very co-operative and helpful . The staffs are also well behaved and the order was also prepared on time. Domino's Pizza , the name itself is sufficient to define the quality of pizza they produce. My mother 1st time told me she wants to eat anything and I ordered it. She wanted to eat garlic bread so I ordered it but it's more than an hour and still it's showing contestant 13 min remaining, more than 1hr. Really pathetic service. It's better to starve than to order from here. If you complain they will teach you rule which they don't know in a rudely way.

It's better to go market bring ingredients to your home and cook and you will cook eat then also your pizza will not...
