Subject: Feedback Regarding My Experience at Mognis (Kurji Branch, Near P&M Patna)

My name is Sonu, and I’m a regular pastry lover—especially fond of caramel flavors. Whenever I pass near your Kurji outlet (near P&M Patna), I often step in to enjoy a pastry because I genuinely like your products.

However, today I had a disappointing experience. When I visited the shop, your staff told me "the shop is closed," but did not listen to me properly—even though I had already paid via phone. The way your staff behaved felt insulting and disrespectful. I was already feeling frustrated and low, and instead of a comforting experience, I felt even more hurt.

We usually buy sweets or desserts to feel happy and peaceful, not to be treated rudely or disrespected. I just want to ask: what is the vision of your brand—to make people smile, or to hurt their feelings?

Please take this feedback seriously so that no other customer feels the same way in the future.

I would request owner to kindly teach your staff how to talk to the customer. Really not happy with the service. I wanted to order customise cake but he is least interested in taking the order. Rather than that he is saying ‘ AB REPLY NAHI MILEGA TIME OUT’. What do you mean by customisation, people come with so many images for the discussion , and I am not in patna I am in pune I wanted to order customise cake for my brother and I can order/ discuss it on phone only but your staff is least interested. What type of business you are doing. He is saying ‘ ek design laaiye aap 2-3 design kyu dikha rahe.’ Agar aap shop open karke baithe ho to obviously you have to listen everything for the customise cake. Really very bad behaviour of your staff. Kindly look after this. If your closing time is 10 Pm you should have told me before only I would have call you another...
