You dine in you will be happy you order online they will make you cry.

This store in particular has pathetic service in case of online orders. The store manager despite agreeing to complaint of dead cold food couldn't get me the refund in wallet and told me that he will adjust something when I visit the store. On 4 occasions i told him to adjust the online orders but he outrightly told that we are very busy today and asked me not even to place a normal order. Lastly I visited the store and in return to my wasted Rs 800 or so order I was given one regular size pizza as complimentary to my other orders.
Online order is always delayed and a cold pizza deserves to go to dustbin and that's happened on many occasions for this particular store. When we visit the store also they are habitual of giving raw food for example you can do a random incognito check by placing an order for chicken taco. The taco is always undercooked and clearly doughy with no crispiness.
Last but not the least the people visiting the store should be courteous enough to throw the leftovers and boxes in dustbin but even if they don't the store housekeeping should be prompt but they only will come out to clean once a customer requests them to clean a table.

For these 2 hours, nobody at the Domino's store, or customer service responded to any of my calls or messages, so I didn't even know if the order would ever arrive. On arrival when I asked the delivery person the reason for delay, he said he is the only rider in the store, and hence the delay. I asked him to arrange for my refund as the order is delayed, but he said I need to apply for it via the app. Then I started writing emails, messages, calls for then next 5 days repeatedly, and the only response I got to my emails was that - someone would contact me soon. After all this, I got a call on 10th October from the Domino's store where I had placed the order, and the lady on the call told me that refund can only be issued within 24hours. I told her that it wasn't my fault if nobody took my calls or they never called me back for 5 days. However she insisted that she couldn't help me in this and refund cannot be processed. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service of Domino's after this, and would never go back to...

When I refused clearly and asked why he is not taking my order normally, reluctantly he ordered in the normal way. I could see him giving 5 star rating with previous logging. Clearly it was not his own. I told him that I have dominos app on my phone so why is he trying to login to my account, he asked for my phone and started looking at my previous orders. I understood that he was searching orders in order to rate his store. This is clear cheating. If you want to improve your rating then improve your service. Stop cheating your customers.
