To all customers please check the water bottle MRP price and the bill amount over there the cost of bottle is 10 Rs where as these people are charging 20 Rs with the additional GST. The manager over there is very rude especially Mr Naveen. Don't know how to treat customers . He claims to work in a 5star property he is not worth working in a dhaba.
Intresting thing about Cafe Hideout, the waiter listen to your conversation and discuss those things on other table
Please be cautious about this.
Worst restaurant in Bailey Road.
A request to the Owner of the restaurant please get your employees a basic etiquette.

Dear sir
Supreme court has given the permission to sale the bottel manufactured especially for your restaurant and whatever the MRP is there you can charge that. You can not purchase a bottle with the MRP available in the market and sell at a higher price. Please get your facts corrected. Don't mislead other customers by saying the same thing again and again.
Now coming to your 2nd answer where you have written that your staff member has not misbehaved request you to please check the pictures uploaded in the post and his attitude and how aggressive he was. HORRIBLE!!
I m not the only customer who has complained regarding Mr Naveen. In other reviews as well there are lot of complain regarding this person. Cutting the long story short you are loosing on your loyal customers.
Ps check the cc tv properly as few other people also witnessed the incident whome I know who were on the other table they also said the same thing about Mr Naveen out of your restaurant on the same day.
Well thanks for your response I am not going to recommend Cafe Hideout to any of my near and dear ones after checking your reply. You guys never accept your mistake instead replying not to mislead other customers. Where as i am warning other customers to spend their hard earned money to the right place . Not where the management don't have spine to accept his managers mistakes instead putting all the blame on customers. I have gone through all the reviews in your page you have not accepted even one mistake of Mr Naveen (so called your Manager instead I will call him a Black spot on Cafe Hideout)

Read moreWe recently visited Hideout Gola Road. The decor is really impressive and we found people clicking Instragrammable pics.
But, when we placed a very basic order of Vegetable noodle, Chilly chicken and ManChow soup, we never expected it to go bad.
Few issues: The bowl in which they got the noodles was small. The noodles was kind of overflowing and on top of it the waiter was holding the bowl from top. So it was touching his hand. The chicken chilli had too much vinegar in it. So we had to return the food. They got the new one and the chicken was solid as rock. We just couldn’t eat. The chicken soup was equally disappointing. The taste of chicken was again off. We returned everything back including the noodles because we had put the chicken chilli gravy on it. And too be honest by that time our appetite was gone.
The waiter insisted we take some other replacement which we politely declined and asked for just water bottle. We ended up paying 217 though for the noodles and bottled water. As a consolation they tried to give us icecream.
The review would not have reached Google if the following didn’t happen. We just put an Insta story that lasts only for 24 hours. But, the manager started calling after that. Asking us to come for lunch so that they can give us a better experience (fair enough, you want to makeup for the bad food) but then after offering this you should not request to take down the review. If we would have gone and had the good experience we would have put that too in the story and the same audience would have seen it.
I found this whole experience a way to create pressure on us to...
Read moreI stumbled upon Cafe Hideout and it's now my go-to spot! This cozy cafe is tucked away, but its charm and character make it a must-visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and rustic decor. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.
The menu is creative and delicious, with expertly crafted coffee, tea, and sweet treats. I've tried the latte, cappuccino, hazelnut frappe, and chocolate shake, and all of them were divine. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable.
What sets Cafe Hideout apart is its unique vibe. It's a perfect spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The background music is soft, and the noise level is just right. I've spent hours here, and I always leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Overall, Cafe Hideout is a hidden gem that's worth discovering. Its cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff make it a must-visit destination. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique cafe experience.
You should try their crispy, juicy, and utterly addictive nuggets. These chicken nuggets hit the spot every time. Tender meat, flavorful breading, and a satisfying crunch.
You must also try their Biryani. Aromatic, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. This biryani is a masterclass in texture and taste. Tender basmati rice, succulent meat or veggies, and a hint of saffron and cardamom. Each bite is a harmonious blend of spices, leaving you craving more. A true comfort food that never...
