Avoid This Domino’s Like a Burnt Crust 🍕🔥 Before sharing my personal experience I would say Dominos made awesome Pizza, it just about one frenchise and it's strange way of functioning. If you're craving disappointment with a side of audacity, this Domino’s outlet has got you covered. Here's my experience, sliced up just like their pizzas—except with way less cheese.

The Great Rating Robbery It was a chill Sunday night after a great movie. I placed a takeaway order and reached the store on time. A staff member—pleasant enough—asked to see my order on the app. What happened next could win an award for customer manipulation: he snatched my phone and gave the order a 5-star rating himself. I was stunned. I said that wasn't okay, but figured I'd let it go—until I got home and found a key topping missing from my pizza. Now it all made sense. I'd been played. The 5-star was locked in, and so was my regret.

AC? More Like ‘Absolutely Cooking’ Visited again on a scorching day. The AC was either off or in a coma. When I asked about it, the staff’s solution? “Eat outside if it’s hot.” Brilliant.

The Mysterious Ban Now, it won’t even let me place orders from my account to this outlet. Not sure if it’s a bug or their way of ghosting disappointed customers.

I had placed the order on 9th December 2022 through swiggy from this place. First of all they delivered the order after 1 hr and in that order two choco lava cake was missing. Delivery person told that I will get the amount back for my missing item and 300 rs compensation for late order. After that I called the manager(Subham kumar Jha) so many times and told him to refund the amount in my domino's wallet for missing item and 300 rs for late delivery. He said that i have to place the order for late delivery and amount will be refund ed for missing item. Till today I have not got the amount back. And i can't place the order at same place because the people who were living there are not there since 31st Dec due to family issue. And like this I have a loss of around 600 rs. In addition to that, he had not mentioned earlier that I have to place the order from same outlet to get 300 compensation and i placed the next order from bglr location. There also my 300 rs stuck. I raised the complain but no one took the action till now. So this is how Domino's is making fool to customers and promising 20 mind delivery when they can't handle 30...

Absolutely no for dine in at this outlet. Total 5 to 6 person sitting capability. So forget going out with family. At the counter there universal answer is it will take time more then 30min, but online delivery is within 30 min whic includes prepration and delivery time. Cleanliness is out of book, forget it, it is more like local food shop cart. A shame on Domino's as a brand. Staff are religiously lier. Domino's will add money to wallet and eat interest on your money. Domino's staff will not tell you that money will not come to your account, one such lie by there staff subham. They will return food cost tax charges on product that is deducted will not be refunded that goes in...
