After working tirelessly for 10-11hours daily (some staffs 12+hours) 7days a week,(without any off days) inspite of having 70+Staffs,the company doesn't pay any Provident Fund and ESIC benefits.During interview they promise everything but after joining they forget everything.If staffs leaves due to Toxic work Culture and unnecessary pressure from MD Sir,then they do not PAY pending Salaries also.If you ask,then they stay silent and never revert back.Work culture at Hotel Jyoti is very Traumatic and Poisonous.After working dedicatedly and tirelessly,when I thought to leave,as I couldn't digest any more Unnecessary,unrequired mental pressure from MD Sir,then they didn't pay my Salaries.This has happened with many staffs previously and now has happened with me also.Labour Laws are grossly violated here.I suggest not to work for...

Amazing experience...Ambience is awesome 👌 On top of that #Hospitality of all the staff members 👏 Hats off to them...One of the must visit place across the town.Kudos to all the staff members either of restaurant or Bakery or Salon.Very well Behaved, Well Mannered,Soft Speaking, Friendly and many more and more to add...I really enjoying going...
