Today was my worst experience with this restaurant. I was a regular coustomer here ,but today I was very disappointed by their service experience. As we ordered our meal we were expecting it arrive soon,but instead they didn't provide it to us. We saw they were serving everyone except us. After waiting for a long period of about 20-25 mins we were very upset of their service and we decided to get our bill. As we proceeded ahead and demanded our bill the staff came rushing towards us asking about what happened and we told them everything. Instead of apologizing to us they asked us to wait for another 10 mins. This kind of behaviour of staff towards coustomers is unacceptable and I very sad after seeing all this happening...
