Stayed at the hotel for a night cause i had interchange trains in patna the next morning. Location is good cause it is right next to the Rajendra Nagar Railway station.
Arrived in the evening and asked them to put the luggage in the room as I was in hurry to leave for some personal work as I had a super early check out next day in the morning.
The room felt a little small but since i was staying alone i was not really fazed by it.
The room was clean in general and TV had multiple subscriptions logged in. The washroom had leaking faucets and felt that it hadnt been cleaned because there was shampoo wrappers of previous guests thrown around it. The food service is fine and available until 12 which is really the one good thing in case you get late to order in. Quality of food is fine. The room AC wasnt working properly and showed H1 error a guy came in and asked me to reset the AC and said that the AC should work fine and if not he would give me a different room but again it stopped cooling after 5 mins. and showed the same error. The room's fan too didnt work properly. Speed 5 felt like Speed 1 and multiple calls to the service desk was left unanswered. Finally after about 30 mins, I walked down to the reception to complain and they said that they didnt recieve any phone call. They changed my room and informed me that the AC isnt working in all rooms but fan is working.
The employees shamelessly denied me ro refund the difference amount of ac room and non ac one by saying that "AC was present in the room but its not working." I am not paying money to "SEE" the AC. Thanks for wasting my valuable money for providing me a sleepless night which I could have literally got it in Rajendra Nagar Station after putting my luggage in the cloak room which is like 1/20th of the cost.
Considering Patna is a hot city and all these services were there just for namesake would not recommend this hotel at any cost unless you need something very overpriced close to the station. This hotel is only able to attract customers because of its location to...

At the time of check in, the girl at the front desk said she canāt give me a room at this rate, you need to pay extra 500. I demanded if the booking is confirmed why are you charging extra. You have only put this rate on the website. She plainly said you can complaint to makemytrip and they can give you another hotel. Naturally I decided to pay thinking makemytrip will handle these types of cases. Customer care executive told me to ask for invoice of the extra payment so that they can reimburse. Here is their another trick to cheat us. She denied giving invoice and said that will be sent by makemytrip only. And I was cheated from both sides.
Also, there were 3 parties in front of me at the time of check-in, all of whom had booked a room with them but were denied checking citing āroom available nahi haiā. The biggest weapon they use is āaap makemytrip/goibibo/oyo ko call kr lijie. Wo aapko dusra property de dengeā.
They might get new customers because of the location, but they sure wonāt get the old customers to come back.
I hope their business fails terribly and future customers are advised to stay well away from these scammers.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHey, Just wanna drop the experience that i faced during my stay in hotel, so i booked a standard AC room, while check in I was told u have booked Non-Ac room but in MMT platform it was clearly mention room will have Ac, but after contacting MMT service centre they were like no u booked an NON Ac. After an 1hr of conversation I got to know I was scamed by MMT, they have booked non Ac room for me, it's total SCAM if you book from MMT, u will never know what room you are booking useless u call the hotel to confirm. In MMT app, they have uploaded delux room photo in Standard room, so when u finally check in you will be surprised to know the room u booked is nothing like u saw in App.
And crazy part is MMT supports these kind of scam, I highlighted the problem to MMT service team there were ok with these kind of practices. So i strongly suggest if u wanna book the room in hotel u should call hotel for proper photo or check some different App where u will not find these of practice
