I recently dined at the London Bridge Rooftop Restaurant in Mithanpura, Muzaffarpur, with friends, eager to enjoy their renowned rooftop ambiance. The restaurant's unique design, inspired by London's iconic bridge, offers a panoramic view of the city, providing a pleasant atmosphere for diners.

We ordered the Chicken Chilli and parathas, both of which were flavorful and met our expectations. The Chicken Chilli was particularly noteworthy for its balanced spices and tender texture.

However, our dining experience was marred by the staff's behavior. Upon arrival, we were informed that seating on the rooftop was contingent upon placing our food order first. This policy was neither mentioned during our reservation nor displayed prominently, leading to confusion and a sense of unwelcome pressure. Such an approach detracts from the overall dining experience, making guests feel more like transactions than valued patrons.

While the restaurant boasts a commendable ambiance and quality cuisine, it is imperative for the management to address these service shortcomings. Ensuring that policies are clearly communicated and training staff to prioritize customer comfort can significantly enhance the dining experience.

This is the worst restaurant not in muzaffarpur only whole bihar,no lift working,no ac working,unprofessional staff they atleast don't know what they have in menu i order my food at 7.30 pm and waiter told me that it will taken half hour after half hour again another waiter come and again asked me for order I am fully surprised my and my family mood totally spoil my food come at 9.30 p.m which I ordered at 7.30 pm this problem not only happened with me I see in restaurant every guest shouted some one get non veg on beyond of veg food is to costly and specially recommended to lady and old person to not visit this place because ac is not working and restaurant are on 5 floor no lift food is tasteless only waste of money and time shame on this restaurant when I asked for cooled water waiter told me that we don't have enough Freeze for cold water some one asked for tips it's a shameless and cheap restaurant in my life and I never recommended this restaurant to any one maximums feed back is negative you can check reviews and if you are first time planned to visit this restaurant I suggest you not to visit this place.the park hotel in front of this restaurants is good option otherwise you go in royal popular for lunch and dinner.who one time go in this place they never visit and not recommended to any one plz never visit...

Everything was fine. I have ordered chicken drums which was delicious. Then chicken rara which was also a different taste and was good. I rather suggest if you like spicy then never order chicken butter masala. So people might be confused, why 1 star then. So let me explain, i have ordered hyderabadi chicken biryani at last and guess what they serve me is half cooked fried rice with lot more green chilli pieces with no biryani taste with dry chicken. I asked the staff about the stuff which they serve me. First they asked me my suggestion if i want to cancel or reorder. So I have cancel the biryani as it ruin my taste bud. And later they suggest me to wait as they are making Biryani again as i am hunger to taste good stuff. As I was late for home, it's already 11:30 pm night. So I asked them to packed the food as I will have it at my home. Guess what they have serve me same biryani which I have rejected at beginning. I was so disappointed at home and was lit bit of angry because they fool me again. I will upload the pics tomorrow as i come to sleep.
