No water bottle available. They can sell water bottles and while handing them over to customers, they can distribute water in paper cups . If they want to keep the zoo plastic free , it's good but then customers cannot be kept thirsty.
They can also sell steel bottles which customers could take back home . And easily carry drinking water throughout the day while enjoying the zoo trip .
Food options should also be increased. No biscuits, popcorn, bhunja is sold . Everyone will not eat spicy items sold here.
If these things are informed at the entrance gate itself, we will bring our favourite items in steel tiffin box or paper bags.

Taste is good, and atmosphere is clean bright and cozy. However thali quantity is fixed, extra items chargeable at full.
