Hotel The Pine — Hotel in Bihar

What is this place?? No staff, no courtesy, no professionalism, no services.... nothing. Just a banquet hall would be enough to describe it. That too without a proper arrangement. Rooms are smaller than a store room, cleanliness seems to be strange to the management. The manager is one hell of a confused guy. We had our booking in this hotel. The manager made us wait for about 30 minutes and then ordered his staff to switch us to another hotel which was almost a kilometre away. There too, management was quite a mess. When I ordered 2 cups of ginger tea, the reply I got was way too funny. He said please have tea without ginger or else I would have to go in the market to get some. I was here for my sisters wedding. I must say the entire team of Pine is superb, arrangements were amazing. Each and everyone of the team is fully professional and supportive. Management is something which is beyond my expectation, I didn’t expect that everything will go so smoothly. Thanks to the entire team starting from Mr Chandan and Mr Keshav from banquet management and Mr Piyush form Decor team. Food was very good all my guests appreciated the food. Restaurant Review: This one is a kinda village themed restaurant, located near P&M Mall. We tried Chicken Hot n Sour Soup, Chicken Manchow Soup, Chicken Clear Soup, Chicken Lemon Coriander Soup, Veg Hara Bhara Kebab, Garlic Chicken, Crispy Sliced Chicken, Chicken Wings with BBQ Sauce, Kadhai Chicken, Matar Mushroom, Stuffed Kulcha, Butter Naan, Malpua with Rabri and Jalebi with Rabri.
