Ottimo Pizza — Restaurant in Bihar

I love the taste of the pizzas..I have been fond of the Chicken loaded pizza.. Here they provide you with amazing offers at affordable prices.The crispy chicken looks so tempting that you couldn't resist.

While rating, would like to mention one incident which happened with me.. I ordered through zomato, combo of pizzas and sides.. (Ordered : Chicken loaded and I got veg mushroom pizza ) In which the toppings of one pizza was mistakenly got misunderstood by the personnel's here.. I reported to the owner.. He took my report into consideration and Genuinely with proper regards, told me that "Since, the mistake is from our side, we will provide you another pizza which you have ordered. " He was ready to deliver me also but my location was not in their reach.. So I went there for take away.. They gave me & apologized again...and the best part they didn't made me realise for once that we are providing you something extra or anything like this.

While it's unfair to rate it based on the fried chicken as it is a pizza chain but still the food given to me was atrocious, they should take it off the menu if they are not skilled at it. The pizza looked decent enough but little overpriced. It should be considerably cheaper than Domino's and alike. The highlight were the staff who were extremely apologetic for my food experience and behaved very professionally and sweetly. I will give it another...
