In a restaurant the ambience gives you happiness but the good food will give you satisfaction. After renovation I went to milan restaurant kalambagh road. After some discussion i ordered chicken rara the waiter insisted on chicken tikka rara because of 8 pieces i ordered chicken tikka rara. But to my surprise there was dry chicken tikka just taken out of an iron stick (cold too) fried in egg. ""Chicken rara is supposed to have a thick yellowish gravy of chicken keema and then soft and tender chicken cooked in it so yummy"". As it is already 10:25 they seem to be in a hurry. When I told them they told us that next time you instruct us we will make the same rara chicken. But I know they don't. They simply give any dish in the name of any dish because most of the people there do not know the real preparation of the dish or they play the safe game like chicken kadai, butter masala etc etc. I request all people to taste food at different restaurants also. Even one must try restaurant"named orchid aroma" a royal feeling of fine dine in a very quiet, calm and cozy place. Not like a restaurant having a table chair with no taste. I bet you will never regret it.
