Good Food, Poor Service — A Disappointing Experience at Paprika Fine Dine

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit Paprika Fine Dine Restaurant located at Pramod Laddu Bhandar Chowk, Gaya. The visit happened to be on the day of Chhath Puja, and as expected, the restaurant was quite crowded. We had to wait for nearly 40 minutes before getting a table.

Since we had already decided on our menu during the waiting time, we placed our order immediately after being seated. However, despite ordering mineral water, we were served regular water — and that too only after asking three to four times.

We expected timely service as our order was placed right away, but the food took almost 45 minutes to arrive. To add to the inconvenience, fried rice, which was part of the order, was not served initially and came 15 minutes later, only after reminding the floor manager.

While the food quality was good, the service experience was extremely disappointing. I had guests with me, and the long delays and lack of coordination made the situation quite embarrassing.

Overall, it turned out to be a horrible experience for me. If the management is reading this review, I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving service speed, staff coordination, and overall customer management. People visit Paprika not just for food, but for a pleasant dining experience — something the restaurant urgently needs...
