Went there with family..The quality has been degraded alot..Gave suggestion not sure if they do anything with this .Food is now pathetic..have been to this place atleast 10 times but this time it was totally waste of money. Mutton seekh kabab - no mutton just it is garam masala only.I thought they gave veg seekh kabab.Asked to waiter also but no changes done.Money waste. I saw a rating of 4.9 on Zomato and thought this restaurant must be too good. However, as I went there, I realized it is very overrated. Starting from basic hygiene, as we sat on our seats, I saw a piece of manchurian under the table which wasn't cleaned up before the arrival. Secondly, the tissue papers were not present on the table and when we asked for them, the ones we received were soaked in oil and all yellow at the bottom. They decided to serve such nasty tissue papers to customers. However, coming to food, we had ordered kadhai veg, naan , dal makhani which were average in taste. I was quite amazed by the fact that they have a created a theme restaurant which have good service and tasty food BUT when it came to home delivery they delivered me 4-5 times even when the total cost was below ₹300 but today when i ordered they started saying they can't deliver an order below ₹300 While the food cost was around ₹250 and believe me the guy on the phone was so rude. Either you never deliver even if the cost is ₹1 less than ₹300 or deal with your staffs because if you are trying to do a great business here then you have to be polite with your regular as well as new customers, hope you will take...
