We booked a table for birthday dinner party and asked Mr. Irfan in advance to serve soup, starter, main course and the dessert as per Ala carte menu. Mr. Irfan accepted our request to serve the guests as desired.

The soup was to be served when more than half the guests assembled. This was done as desired.

They were asked to start serving the starters when all the guests arrive. They totally fumbled on this and served entire ordered starters to the partially present guests leaving nothing for the guests yet to arrive. This resulted in ordering extra dishes for the remaining guests and all the planned varieties could not be ordered as it would become too much to consume because of the portion size.

Further, Two major Main course dishes were also not served properly as guests were served two portions of same dish instead of one portion each of two different dishes.

When both the above lapses were highlighted to the table steward Mr. Mantu, he was not ready to accept his wrongdoing.

At the time of settling the bill, I informed the son of the proprietor about the issues faced with Mr. Mantu, which made our experience bitter despite giving our requirements to Mr. Irfan a day in advance.

I was dismayed to see both the people laughing on our plight.

This place has no respect for customers and are not equipped to give basic service to their guests.

Playing very loud music, small food portions with respect to prices charged and adding 5% Service charge is extremely disappointing.

We visited this place based on reviews, but never again.

Although their dishes are pricey, they do not have percolator (plate warmer).

I have visited yesterday with my office colleagues and my experience was so pathetic that I am sharing review. Believe me this is the for first time I am sharing any review for any restaurant. My review is based on couple of things. Quality and Quantity.

Quality- Being a foodie I have visited many restaurants across India however the food we had yesterday was the worst I ever had in my entire life. Even quality name would feel ashamed by having such food. Again It is very much understood that we can’t say any bad things about food that is our culture however for the review purpose and categorising the restaurant on the basis of quality I need to do it.

Quantity- As per pic, although it is veg however in case of non-veg as well chicken was hardly found in the plate. As per menu, name was Murg Balti however it was very hard to find Murg in that. Balti too was very small and same can be checked while visiting the restaurant.

For visiting 10 people we have charge approx 10000 however quality and quantity was not up to the mark. Not happy with the restaurant and would never suggest others to visit such a place.

It's one of our favourite multi cuisine restaurants in Patna. I always visit this place whenever I visit my home town. It's a good option for any celebration too. The ambience as well as seating are quite regal. The service is attentive and the food is really delicious. The prices are on the higher side but you won't regret spending your hard earned money here. They are consistent with the food quality, taste and service. For the owner to come from a small stall selling paneer samosas to such a well run restaurant, that speaks a lot about his dedication and hard work.
