I tried Chinese platter and masala dosa. Chinese platter offered a mix of crispy noodles, fried rice, and Manchurian, though the flavors could use more depth, especially in the spice levels. Pathetic atmosphere..... There is no proper seating available. No ac working in the seating area of the restaurant. I visited here at 1:47 pm. It feels so hot inside with no proper ventilation, no one cares for the same in the staff. I had ordered lunch and it arrived at 2:55 pm. Again no one cares..... The staff said "sir, hum kya kre! hamari kaun sunta hai, hum gareeb admi hain", The food is okay, it tastes good but the service..... It suggests not to come again...... How a big brand does not provide ac support to customers in noon.....

About the buffet.. The buffet has a good range of starters and main courses. The taste is average and below average. The space is good for groups under 50 people. Here the ac is working excellent but the taste of food...

The service at Shatilal Restaurant was absolutely pathetic. Most of the food items that were promised were missing. Soup ran out by the time we entered at 8:00 PM, and even after repeated requests, the staff failed to arrange more. Their absurd excuse was that soup is only served till 9:00 PM, which made no sense as we had just arrived. The rest of the dishes were cold, and items that were finished took a long time to be refilled at the counter.

There were only 2–3 staff members managing everything, including one person who was clearing plates and also handling buffet refills — which was extremely unhygienic. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended for family gatherings; it will completely ruin...
