Terrible Experience tadka punjab I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to tadka punjab. We were seated at 8 pm, and it took an entire hour for our food to arrive. Yes, you read that right - 1 hour! Despite multiple requests, the staff seemed completely unbothered, and we were left sitting there, wondering if we'd been forgotten. The food, when it finally arrived, was mediocre at best. But the real issue was the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the lack of communication was appalling. We asked multiple times for an estimated time of arrival for our food, but no one seemed to know or care. For a restaurant that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, this experience was a major letdown. Unless they revamp their service and prioritize timely food delivery, I wouldn't recommend wasting...

Tadka punjab is a rooftop restaurant in the layeriasarai area. We had nowhere to go so we went here and the rooftop restaurant was ill-maintained. Other than that, the server didn't bring glasses for us and we had to repeat what we need again and again before he could finally ring things for us there were mosquitoes and not a lot of space. The interior isn't as per a rooftop restaurant standard and the tables weren't clean and neither was the floor. We ordered paneer Tikka and it was tastier than expected. We finished it quickly because we were hungry. I also liked the way they cut the carrots and presented it. Overall it was an okay experience. The fold was nice but not other things like the waiter and the interior. Thy need to work on it. Would love to see some improvements here...

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your establishment. I placed an order for chicken biryani, expecting a delicious and satisfying meal. However, to my shock and disappointment, there was no chicken in the dish at all.

Not only was this a clear case of fraud, as I paid for a chicken dish and received something entirely different, but the quality of the food was also abysmal. The biryani was poorly cooked, had a terrible taste, and was overall a complete letdown.

What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and compensation for such a grave error. As a customer who values honesty and quality in service, I am appalled by the neglect of customer value demonstrated by your establishment.
