We are visiting the cafe since the day it was inaugurated. It was one of the hangout place for us and visiting frequently (atleast twice a month). Though several times they served spoilt muffins which had bad smell, we visiting there regularly as we liked the ambience of the cafe. But recently observing the services of the chocolate room is going down. They have recruited some unprofessional staff now a days who doesn't know how to behave with the customer. There is a staff named Alauddin who doesn't have any professionalism. He asked us to pay and leave the place and also told that we are sitting there for one hour when we are still eating at that time. However, we never faced such situations in the last two years. It was such a humiliation for any customer. We wanted to talk to the owner, but after waiting for long the staff informed that he is not available. Anyways, we decided not to visit the cafe again. The owner should know about the staff he is keeping who is misbehaving with the customer. I recommend not to visit this Choclate room again as the service has really deteriorated here. Now the Chocolate room has lost the ambience also as the cafe and the restaurant merged...

The waiters started to misbehave with me and our friends once we asked whether swiggy dineout was accepted or not. Even after showing them that the same restaurant is available on swiggy, they said they will not accept the payment. I was smart enough to figure out that they are not ready to give a 20% discount on swiggy which was only done to attract customers (scam). Once my food arrived the spoons were not thoroughly washed. Even after asking for a cleaner spoon they just gave some tissue paper to us to clean ourselves. Just when we were halfway done through the order, we were the only customers left in the restaurant so they decided to turn off the restaurant's ac. I kind of picked this restaurant after seeing good reviews on Google. But the overall experience was simply bad. I don't recommend this...
