Hotel royal galaxy inn — Hotel in Bihar

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the condition of my room. Here are some issues I encountered:

Bad Smell: The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Dirty and Unmaintained: The room was not clean, and the furniture was old and worn out

Lack of Amenities: There was no table, desk, or any other furniture to work or place my belongings. The almirah (closet) was the only storage space available.

Overall, my stay was not satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at this OYO property with my brother and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned — we found a used condom under the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. It clearly shows a lack of basic hygiene and housekeeping standards. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the stay.
