Vatika 2.0 — Restaurant in Bihar

The only star is for the overall decor and cleanliness. The main issues are with respect to food taste, quantity and service speed. The service speed is very slow and there seems to be only one person to take order from everyone. So poor management. Coming to taste of food, we ordered Pizza for takeaway and they added all the chili flakes and oregano on the pizza and it was so much of chili flakes that the kids who the pizza was for could not eat it. The base was thick and cheese quantity was less. We also ordered 5 Masala dosas for takeaway and the amount of Sambhar was only enough for a single person (see image), do not know if they forgot to give as per number of dosas or they thought as order is takeaway they can fool the customer. Another bad part was too much chili again in the dosa. Overall taste of dosa was something that you can get on any roadside vendor selling dosa. Overall on entry the feeling was good but after the food was delivered then food quality and service time killed all...

The only place you can call a proper restaurant in whole Saharsa as of now. The place has really good interior design. The food served is really good and offers quite a few unique items unlike other places that serves samosas, kachoris and dosas and call themselves restaurant. The staffs are very professional and patient

Starting with the ambiance, it’s quite premium. Staffs are well behaved and mannered. Food menu and availability is very decent. Now coming to the main thing and that’s the Food! Trust me the food taste is so so yum! They serve the food with loaded quantity and delicious in taste 🤤 😋 😋 😋
