Value for money, The waiting is Little high compared to other hotels in this area because of high online orders i guess. The food here tastes good. When you enter this place, you will feel like you have tranpirted to some north indian place. This place is sooo so crowded. Paratha kurma in table will not be hot. Whatever food you order will be give in default (all the customisation your asking will be ignored, so don't try to ask the server to make it little spicy like that and all). Then before telling your order make sure it is the server and not the cleaning boy. Once i ordered the food, waited for 15mins, again some other person asked me " what is ur order?" On our final day of trip decided to have briyani in HMR but unfortunately the famous outlet was way away from our return route to chennai. Decided to visit some hotel on the way and found this one but luckily briyani was good and everyone in the family had no complaints👌👍. But we couldn't get mutton briyani even by 7.30 PM itself not sure if they are not pushing volumes as excepted and hence halted mutton. I was bit hesitant about chicken briyani but pieces were really good and fulffy and overall aroma was consistent so definitely recommendable 👍. Fish fry as usual no complaints as well.

HMR has it's quality in food, but there are some issues in service, since we had our lunch in an AC hall without AC, customers are paying for it kindly reduce the temperature? Next, you guys know that you have a glass top on your table, then why you guys are serving with ceramic plates? It was moving left and right where everyone was holding their plates in one hand and having their lunch in the other, either spread a towel nor change the plate type.
